Free US shipping

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive within about 7–15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track your order page. Tracking may take 1–2 business days to show its first update.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.
